FREEDOM IS ON THESE PEDALS – CYCLING BUSINESS GAME

“Freedom Is on These Pedals” is a team workshop offered by Baltaş Group. In this distinct team building activity, the attendees are required to construct a bicycle using the pieces and the tools provided to them. This workshop which produces a social responsibility product requires effective teamwork and collaboration.

During this activity the attendees have to utilize their skills of communication, team building, intra- and inter-team collaboration, strategy building, planning, time management and project management. The entire process will take place in an entertaining environment that enables the socialisation of all attendees by uniting them towards a common goal.
